This indication was made known by the Mr. Zakari Mohammed, the House spokesman. It was gathered by reporters that members were in possession of the compressed copy and were still in the reading process.
Speaker of the House of Representatives, Mr. Aminu Tambuwal
However, he also stated that no bill yet from the executive arm, President Goodluck Jonathan, concerning the reports of the conference.
While the house was in session on Sunday, some House members, principal officers denied the knowing that they were in possession of such materials; and totally denied the claims that the report from confab has been forwarded to them.
Stating from one the members, Ogor, a People’s Democratic Party member of Delta State, said that “You can quote me because I should know if the conference report has been transmitted to us by Mr. President. There is no report before the House. In any case, Mr. President will not send the report in hiding; he will formally communicate with the House”.

Looking at the scenario, what is then delaying the bill to be passed in the house, or are there other issues that are not settled? We need you to share your thoughts on this……
