Also this section will be accompanied with some other diet like food for thought, lifestyles and so on.
- Keep Bouncing: Afternoon section, where hot gist has it happens are brought live to the forum. Which you are actively involved, as it happens around you share it just by posting on Facebook page, groups and other social media channels.
- Settle down: Evening section of the programme for the day. This time is when we can to talk about the day and settle for a good night rest
