Crisis left one dead and others injured in Ogun

A rampage of clashes came up yesterday in Ilaro, Yewa South Local Government Area of Ogun State, which forced an intervention of the Police force, arresting some and leaving one dead. Eyewitness adheres of the fact that it all got slack when the present governor Ibikunle Amosun, was on an assessment tour of the neighborhood.


A public analyst, in person of Sowunmi disclosed that it was dependent of territorial supremacy, and while addressing the masses by the Governor, the cats were left out of the bag outside the premises. The Governor was not harmed in any manner.
The thugs involved were said to be in support of the two senatorial aspirants from that district (Ogun West Senatorial District), members of the All Progressives Congress (APC). The scenario left some injured due to the weapons utilized by these goons.
Citing from the State Police Public Relations Officer, State Police Public Relations Officer, he revealed that one missed his spirit while adding that those hoodlums masterminded the incident.
