The first experimental drug in Africa for Ebola



Ebola has brought a lot of concerned with the world power nation recording incidents of it. Heeding to World Health Organization (WHO) at the weekend, the first experimental drug was sent to Africa with three Malian health care workers receiving it. WHO issuing a warning that the virus has now ‘entrenched’ in the capital cities of the three worst-hit countries.

The the trial started October 8, with the health care workers receive it and over this course of the trail, 37 more health care workers will experience this trial drug. This is the latest of vaccine that is being used for treatment even on its trial stage, due to the record of causalities. WHO recorded over 3,800 persons died of this disease and over 8,000 were affected in West Africa.
Bruce Aylward, The organization’s deputy head indicates that the answer to this disease in Guinea, Liberia and Sierra Leone (the three worst-hit nations), is not enough to combat this syndrome and necessary steps need to be carried.
